Terms of Service
Last Updated: 01/2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Revival Restaurant Group website (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Revival Restaurant Group (“Revival,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site.
Purpose of the Site
The Site provides general information about Revival and our restaurant concepts, including links to reservation platforms, restaurant concept websites, hiring pages, and social media pages. The Site is intended for informational purposes and does not itself process reservations, job applications, or other transactions unless explicitly stated.
Eligibility and Acceptable Use
By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and that you will use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data from the Site without permission, or use the Site in any way that could harm Revival, our guests, our team members, or other users.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may link to Third-Party Services, including reservation platforms, hiring platforms, restaurant concept websites, and social media providers. Third-Party Services are not owned or controlled by Revival. When you click on a link to a Third-Party Service, you are leaving our Site and your use of the Third-Party Service is governed by that third party’s terms, policies, and practices. Revival does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of Third-Party Services
Intellectual Property and Limited License
The Site and all content and materials made available through it—including text, graphics, images, logos, design elements, and other content—are owned by Revival or used with permission and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Revival grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Site without Revival’s prior written consent.
Communications Submitted Through the Site
If the Site includes a contact form or otherwise allows you to submit information to us, you agree that any information you submit will be accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You agree not to submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive personal information through the Site. Revival may use information submitted through the Site to respond to you, provide support, and maintain records consistent with our business operations and applicable law.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revival disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Revival does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that content on the Site will be complete, accurate, or current.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revival and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revival’s total liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Revival and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Changes to the Site and Terms
Revival may modify or discontinue the Site, or any portion of it, at any time without notice. Revival may also update these Terms from time to time by posting updated Terms on the Site and revising the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them, or your use of the Site, will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Revival regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings on the same subject.
