Governing Law and Venue

Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Revival regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings on the same subject.
